Checks we suggest for any layout

• K-RERA registration where the layout is in scope, verified on the official portal.
• The khata or e-Swathu record that applies, matching the approved plan.
• Roads, water, power and drainage commitments in writing, and a dated completion commitment.
• Your own site visit before any payment beyond a refundable token.
